  • 6 turkey breast fillets
  • 400 g of chicken livers
  • 300 g of spinach
  • 1 tablespoon of bread crumbs
  • 12 slices of cheese
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 corn can
  • 2 DL of olive oil
  • 3 dl of meat juice
  • pepper
  • Salt
For filling
  1. skip the spines 4 minutes and sting them. Cleaning the livers very well, sauté them in two tablespoons of oil; sprinkle and sting them.
  2. Mix spinach with livers and add breadcrumbs. Sprinkle the turkey fillets and cover them with the slices of cheese.
To prepare the dish
  1. Spread the filling in the center, roll up and tie. Browning on all sides.
  2. In a casserole, rehome the sliced onion without it holding color. Add breasts, the meat juice and a little more pepper and salt.
  3. Cover and cook 25 minutes. A 5 minutes before end of cooking, add the drained corn. Serve in slices and slice the sauce.
