Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 kg. of eye
  • 100 GR. butter
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 1/4 liter of milk
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon of cornstarch
  • Oil quantity required
Instructions
