  • 1 whipped egg yolk
  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Grease a pie; Cook apples quickly along with the sugar, butter and cinnamon. Still crisp, remove from fire, cool. Drain and reserve.
  2. Spread the pasta and cut it in 2 circles. Cover with one pie mold, leaving 2 cm of excess mass after the edge of the mould. Book the other circle to cover the pay.
  3. Beat together cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk and nuts with the electric mixer. Pour this mixture into the bottom of the Pan, on the pasta and add the Apple. Cover with remaining puff pastry dough and very well seal the edges by pressing with your fingers. Varnish the surface with a beaten egg.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or 1 time.
