Good as it is near Christmas so now I bring you this Spanish recipes that will be popular for this time of the year,I was meant to upload a recipe for paella valenciana but better I thought at this time of the year and this occurred to me but clear this preparation I can assure you that if they prepare it at home the family was quite happy, for that we have to know that that is the most important in these cases, that family are very satisfied. Ingredients
  • 1 Whole Turkey
  • 20 onions
  • 20 figs
  • 1/2 litre of broth of meat flavor.
  • 1/2 litre of wine white or red if you prefer.
  • 150 GRS. butter .
  • 250 GRS. olive oil .
  • salt and ground pepper.
For the filling
  • 1 and half large onion
  • 5 cloves of garlic .
  • 1 Raw goose.
  • 2 slices of pancetta
  • 2 glasses of milk
  • 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs .
  • 2 sprig of parsley
Instructions
  1. Put figs in a bowl to marinate with white wine, during 14 hours.
For the filling
  1. Cut liver into 3 pieces. Chop the onions very thin, the garlic. Cut strips Bacon. Together they Sauté in a pan with oil.
  2. Make a mixture with all these ingredients, milk and bread crumbs, mix.
  3. Fill the Turkey with the mixture and sew it, to not come out nothing.
  4. Insert small pieces of butter between the skin and the meat of the Turkey, mixed with herbs.
  5. Put butter or oil in the bowl of roast and make a little brown Turkey, primarily by the sides are where the thighs.
