  • 1 1/2 kg. of chicken
  • 200 GR, pork sausages
  • 100 GR. smoked pancetta
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 Onion girl
  • 100 GR. bread soaked in milk
  • 1 Pepper Red
  • 50 GR. decayed green olives
  • 50 CC. sherry wine
  • Salt and pepper
  • Mass to line
  1. Cut the skinless chicken into chunks, cut into small pieces and season at ease. And spray with sherry wine. Add to the bowl where the chopped chicken is, the bacon, chopped garlic and onion, Marinate 2 o 3 hours.
  2. Then process the bread soaked in milk along with the sausage and eggs, add to the other preparation and re-spice.
  3. Roll out the cake dough in an English pudding pan, smeared in butter, fill with the mixture, place strips of blackberry, olives and chicken chunks, place the rest of the filling and cover with the rest of the dough, prick the dough with a fork.
  4. Cook in moderate oven (180º), by 1 hour or until the dough is golden. Remove from the oven and let cool, unmold.
