3 egg whites
90 g flour
30 g of starch
100 g of shredded or shredded peeled almonds 200 g Orange Marmalade
200 g powdered sugar
4 tablespoons orange juice
2 spoonfuls of Cointreau
For the oven tray

Grease and sprinkle a baking tray with flour. Heat oven to 200 ". Mix butter with vanilla, half of the sugar and salt and, little by little, Add the egg yolks, orange juice and zest. Assemble the whites with the rest of the sugar and incorporate them from the bottom up to the previous mixture.
Sift the flour with the starch, mix it with the almond and add to the dough. Spread the dough over the tray forming a layer of 1 cm high and cook it 10 minutes to half-height.
Let it cool a little on the tray and then overturn it. After a few 2 hours of rest, divide it wide. Spread a layer with jam and place the second.
Mix the sifted powdered sugar with the orange juice and Cointreau and cover the cake layer with this. Cut it into rectangles 5 >< 8 cm.
