Ingredients
- 50 g candied lemon rind
- 100 g peeled almonds
- 200 g of raisins
- 250 g butter or margarine
- 200 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 300 g flour
- 100 g of starch
- 3 teaspoons of baking powder
- 4 tablespoons of rum

Instructions
- Grease a rectangular mould with butter or margarine and sprinkle the bread crumbs. Heat oven to 190 degrees. Chop the lemon peel and almonds. Raisins in a little flour batter.
