  • 500 g flour
  • 30 g pressed yeast
  • 120 g sugar
  • 1 Cup warm milk
  • 375 g butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • the grated rind of 1/2 lemon and 1/2 Orange
  • 5 eggs
  • 150 g of raisins
On the other hand
  • 250 g powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 4 tablespoons hot water
  • 6 candied cherries
For mold
  • butter and flour
  1. Grease a mould of Crown and sprinkle it with flour. Sift the flour in a bowl and make a hole in the Center. Crumble the yeast in a bowl and knead with a little sugar, a little flour and half of the milk.
  2. Leave to ferment 20 minutes this previous mass. Melt the butter, mix it with the rest of the sugar, Salt. the grated lemon and orange, and eggs and knead with the rest of the milk and the mass prior to fermented dough.
  3. Wash the raisins, drain well and add to the dough. Introduce the dough into the mold and let ferment stuffy 30 minutes. Its volume must be doubled.
  4. Heat oven to 220 degrees. Bake the cake in the bottom of the oven 30-40 minutes. Leave to cool 20 minutes in the mould, pour onto a grid so ter mine cool down.
  5. Beat powdered sugar sifted with the lemon juice and water, throw it on the cake and decorate with cherries.
