  • 500 g honey
  • 1/8 l of oil
  • 250 g sugar
  • 700 g flour
  • 1 sachet of baking powder
  • 250 g peeled and chopped almonds
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

  • 1/3 teaspoon ground Jamaica pepper

  • 3 eggs
  • 100 g of lemon rind confitad
  • 100 g of candied orange rind
