Ingredients
  • 2 CDAS. vegetable oil
  • 2 medium-sized onions cut into thin slices
  • 8 mushrooms, in slices
  • 1 kg fillets of Red Snapper
  • 250 grams of canned whole tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 CDA. tomato paste
  • 1 TSP. thyme
  • 1/2 TSP. Chili Sauce
  • 1,5 kg of peeled cubed potatoes from 2.5 cm.
  • 1/3 Cup of whip cream, hot
  • 2 CDAS. butter, melted
  • salt and pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F (175 C). Spread butter baking 33 x 22 x 5 cm. Heat the oil in a frying pan at medium temperature. Sauté the onions by 5 min. until browned well. Add the mushrooms and cook for 5 min. more, stirring occasionally.
  2. Remove the skin and bones to the snapper fillets and cut into strips. Put them in the Pan and cook for 1 min. Add stirring the tomatoes with their juice, tomato paste, thyme and chili sauce. Cook by 10 min. stirring occasionally, until the liquid evaporated and the mixture begins to espazar.
  3. Place potatoes in a saucepan with water and leave to simmer over medium-high, and then reduce heat to medium. Cook by 10-15 min. until the potatoes are tender. Drain the potatoes and return them to the Pan and sprinkle the cream and butter and crush them up to make them mash and season with salt and pepper. Put the fish mixture into prepared tray.
  4. Spread mashed potatoes over the fish. Bake for 30 min., to warm well up. Change from bake to Broil function. Roast the cake until you potatoes from Browning well. Serve it hot.
