  • 2 cups flour

  • 1 1/2 cups of candied fruits (of your choice) finely chopped
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 Cup of raisins
  • 1 eggs
  • 100 g melted butter
  • 1 Tin of condensed milk
  • 1 Cup of applesauce
  • 1 tablespoon of honey of bee
  • 3/4 Cup water
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 Raja of cinnamon
  • 1 clove
  • 1/4 Cup of brandy
  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
  2. Grease and flour a medium. Sift 1 Cup flour together baking, nutmeg and coffee. Book.
  3. Place fruit, nuts and raisins in a bowl. Sift remaining flour over these ingredients. Apart, in the electric mixer, add eggs, melted butter, the condensed milk and cernidos powders (flour and bicarbonate of soda). Incorporate fruits, the applesauce and honey. Beat until you obtain a homogeneous paste.
  4. Pour into the greased pan and bake for 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted in the Center comes out clean. Remove from the oven and let the bread of 20 to 30 minutes.
  5. To make the syrup: boil the water with the sugar, cinnamon and clove during 5 minutes. Remove from the heat, Let it cool a few minutes and add the brandy.
  6. Unmold the cake onto a plate and cover with syrup. Serve at the time.
