Ingredients
  • 1/2 kilo of minced meat
  • 2 baked ham slices low-fat
  • 2 cheese slices low-fat
  • 1 egg
  • powdered cinnamon
  • pepper
  • parsley
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • Provencal herbs(thyme, Romero,...)
  • 1 oil drop
Instructions
  1. In a bowl mix the minced meat with minced garlic, herbs, pepper, cinnamon and egg.
  2. In a microwave-safe silicone mould we rub a drop of oil.
  3. Put the slices of cooked ham so they protrude, to be able to cover the cake.
  4. Add half of minced meat preparation, put the slices of cheese over and take the rest of meat.
  5. Cover with the remaining ham and introduce in the microwave at full power for 10 minutes.
Notes
  • Time of cooking in the oven 35 minutes and gives us this little trick: cover with aluminum foil that is not so dry meatloaf.
