  • 1 sheet of puff pastry, softened
  • 60g butter
  • 4 chopped onions
  • 350g of sweet potato (or sweet potato), peeled and in small
  • 1/4 cup of flour
  • 1 1/3 cups milk
  • 250g cream cheese in pieces
  • 125g of spinach in strips
  • 1 tablespoon of sunflower pipes
  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan
  1. Preheat the oven to 220 C. Grease a detachable base ribbed deep pan and force it with the puff pastry; use the cutouts to fill in the gaps that are left. Pinch the dough over several places with a fork and forge it with baking paper; spread over a layer of beans or rice and bake in white 8 minutes. Remove the paper with the beans and home the dough 5 minutes more until golden and crispy. Preheat the grill.
  2. While baking, heat the butter in a saucepan and sofria over hot heat the spring onion with the sweet potato 5 minutes. Add the flour and replay until you absorb the fat and start roasting.
  3. Remove from heat and slowly pour in the milk, still stirring until well mixed. Put it back on the heat and continue stirring until the mixture boils and thickens; add the cheese and spinach and stir until the cheese is melted.
  4. Put the mixture on the puff pastry, spread the other ingredients and gratine 1 minute for it to be a little.
