Cake of meat with egg
Ingredients for two people:
- 150 GR of minced pork meat.
- 150 GR. minced meat of beef.
- 1/2 Onion.
- 2 Eggs.
- Flour.
- Bread crumbs.
- Olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic.
- Salt and pepper
Preparation or processing:
- In abundant water salt Cook 1 egg during 10 minutes. Cool them in cold water and peel them. Booked.
- Chop the onion and the garlic and it sauteed in a skillet with a bit of oil and salt.
- Put the meat in a bowl, along with the beaten egg. Add the sauce of the onion and it stir well.
- On rectangular mould (I what I did with one square), previously greased of oil cast a ground of flesh. We put the egg cooked over and fill all the mole with meat, so the egg is inside.
- We preheat the oven to 180 degrees and put the cake during 50 minutes.
- Let tuning a bit, We unmold and eat!.
