Grating chocolate. Beat butter or margarine with the sugar, Salt, the egg and the Orange rind. Sift the flour with the yeast on top, Add the chocolate and everything then knead until a soft dough.
Form a ball with the dough and let sit wrapped in aluminium foil during 2 hours in the refrigerator. Heat oven to 200 degrees. Spread the dough on a floured surface so that it has 5 mm. of thickness and cut discs of 5 cm in diameter.
Place the pastries on a baking tray, leaving enough distance between and cook for 8-10 minutes to half-height.
Carefully remove the pasta from the pan with a wide knife and let cool on a wire rack. Sift powdered sugar, beat it with orange juice and cover the pasta with this bath.
