Ingredients
  • 400 GR. fresh pasta
  • 200 GR. manchego cheese
  • 100 GR. Galician cheese
  • 100 GR. mozzarella cheese
  • 100 GR. goat cheese
  • 60 GR. butter
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • salt and pepper
Instructions
  1. Cut into cubes the Galician cheese, the goat's, the mozzarella, 100 GR. the Manchego and grate the remaining.
  2. Cook the pasta in water by boiling with salt and oil, of 3 to 4 minutes.
  3. Drain and place in a warm deep Bowl.
  4. Add the cubes of cheese and melted butter, pepper
  5. and salt.
  6. Mix and sprinkle with grated cheese.
