Ingredients
  • 6 big potatoes
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 Cup of bread crumbs
  • Oil or butter
Instructions
  1. Wash potatoes with brush boil them with peel in water and salt, take care that they don't get too soft. Once peeled they are sliced, are passed through beaten egg and breadcrumbs.
  2. Fry on both sides until golden brown in oil or butter.
  3. Serve accompanied by cabbage, Spinach, alone or sprinkled with a sauce to your liking.
