  • 4 medium-sized potatoes and 1 small, around 1 kilo
  • 4 cups of water and 1 teaspoon salt for cooking potatoes • 3/4 cup oil
  • 1/2 Cup heavy cream, whipping, 125 grams
  • 1 1/2 Cup white cheese, semi-hard, in bits
  • 1 hot pepper, preferably without veins and seeds
  • 1 Pepper • sweet potato small nets referred above, cooked and client
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt.
