Ingredients
- ½ Cup whole wheat flour
- ¼ of teaspoon of yeast
- 2 tablespoons of whey protein vanilla
- 2 TSP of brown sugar
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ cup chopped Street
- ⅓ Cup of almond milk
- 1 egg
- 3 egg whites
- 1 tablespoon of nonfat yogurt
- 1 tablespoon water
- ½ teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 spoonful of olive oil
Instructions
- Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix until a dough of nice texture forms.
- Pour the olive oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat.
- When the oil is hot, pour a bit of dough to form pancakes. Let Cook for a couple of minutes and the underside is golden. Turn them over and cook another couple of minutes.
- Serve.
