Ingredients
  • ½ Cup whole wheat flour
  • ¼ of teaspoon of yeast
  • 2 tablespoons of whey protein vanilla
  • 2 TSP of brown sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ cup chopped Street
  • ⅓ Cup of almond milk
  • 1 egg
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 tablespoon of nonfat yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • ½ teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 spoonful of olive oil
Instructions
  1. Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix until a dough of nice texture forms.
  2. Pour the olive oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat.
  3. When the oil is hot, pour a bit of dough to form pancakes. Let Cook for a couple of minutes and the underside is golden. Turn them over and cook another couple of minutes.
  4. Serve.
