  • 4 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 Carnation® evaporated milk Cup
  • 190 grams of cream cheese to fill the muffin
  • Powdered sugar for garnish
  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C, grease and flour muffin Pan (make sure all ingredients are at room temperature). Beat butter with electric mixer until doubled in size. Add cream cheese and beat until fluffy.
  2. Slowly incorporate milk condensed in a kind of thin thread. Add one to one egg, then the vanilla. Follow with the sifted flour and baking powder, alternating with evaporated milk. Beat only until all ingredients have been integrated.
  3. Pour half of the mixture into the mould, place slices of cream cheese, cover with the rest of the mixture. Bake for 50 minutes approximately or until it is lightly browned and insert a toothpick and it comes out clean.
  4. Remove from the oven, unmold, place on a platter and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve hot.
