Ingredients
  • 500 g rye flour
  • 50 acid mass g (bakery)
  • 1/2 l water approx..
  • 10 g pressed yeast
On the other hand
  • 1 scoop heaping of salt
For the oven tray
  • flour
Instructions
  1. Sift half of the flour in a dish. Mix acid dough with water and add crumbled to flour baking powder. Leave this prior mass covered overnight in a warm place.
  2. Heat oven to 225 degrees. Incorporate the salt with the rest of the flour sifted the previous mass and work until the dough bubbles.
  3. Divide the dough into parts of 50 g each and form balls with them. Sprinkle a baking sheet with flour, place the balls on top, paint them with water and give them a cut with a knife.

Notes
