Ingredients
  • 500 g flour
  • 30 g's pressed hard cam
  • 1/4 l of lukewarm milk
  • 50 g butter or margarine
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • a tip of knife of pepper and another of ground nutmeg

  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 4 tablespoons of poppy seeds

Instructions
  1. Sift the flour in a bowl and make a hole in the Center. Crumble the yeast and Knead together with milk and a little flour. Leave to ferment the prior mass covered 15 minutes.
