Ingredients
  • 600-700 g of loin of veal
  • 1 teaspoon of salt and a pepper
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 medium onion
  • 6 teaspoons of green pepper (boat)
  • 4 teaspoons mustard
  • a tip of chillo romero and other Sage AC
  • 250 g of bread dough (bakery)
  • 2 tablespoons milk
Instructions
  1. Marinate the meat with salt and pepper and FRY 10 minutes in a pan with hot oil. Remove and let cool completely. Chop the onion very fine. Let drain the peppers and chop.
  2. Heat oven to 220 degrees. Mix the mustard with the Rosemary and Sage (These two very chopped), the onion and pepper and coat the meat with this.
  3. Spread the dough on a floured surface forming a square that is large enough to be able to wrap with the mind total meat.
  4. Tighten the edges of the dough and place the bread on a baking sheet with the seam side down.
  5. Paint it with the milk and Cook 30 minutes in the bottom of the oven. This bread can be served cold or hot.
