Ingredients
  • 60 g pressed yeast
  • 1/8 l of lukewarm milk
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 kg of flour
  • a pinch of salt
  • the bark of 1 grated orange zest
  • 1/2 l of warm water
On the other hand
  • 200 g sesame seeds
  • 5 Easter eggs Red (cooked 5 minutes)
  • 1 egg yolk
For the oven tray
  • oil and sesame seeds
Instructions
  1. Mix the yeast with the milk and sugar and leave to ferment 10 minutes. Sift 125 g flour on top and allow to ferment this prior mass covered overnight in a warm place.
  2. Brush a baking sheet with oil and Sprinkle sesame seed abundant.
  3. Sift the remaining flour in a bowl, make a hole in the Center and add the previous mass, Salt, the rind of Orange and little by little, water. Knead at least during 10 minutes. With two-thirds of the dough to form an elongated bar of 5 cm. of height and place on the oven tray.
  4. The rest of the dough to make two thin strips the length of the rod, being coated in Sesame, place them around the bar and tighten. Placing the vertical eggs in bread.
  5. Paint the bar with egg yolk, Sprinkle with Sesame and let stand covered 3 hours. Heat oven to 200 degrees. Bake the bread for Easter 50 minutes in the bottom of the oven.
