Ingredients
  • 250 g. milk
  • 125 g, corn starch
  • 125 g. by Schér Mix b. (or the one you have ready for bread)
  • 1 bakable maizena yeast envelope
  • 20 GR. oil
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 egg yolk (Optional)
Instructions
  1. Heat the oven to 200 º.
  2. Ride the clear to snow point and set aside.
  3. Pour the milk into the glass , a teaspoon of sugar, salt pinch and oil. Schedule 2 minutes at 40 degrees and speed 2.
  4. Add yolk, the yeast envelope and set a few seconds at speed 6.
  5. Add the cornand and flour, Schedule 6 seconds to speed 6. Add the clear and leave a few seconds in speed 6.
  6. Brush a pan with oil or butter and pour in the dough. Cover with clear paper and let it rise approximately 40 to 60 minutes, until I double the volume.
  7. Put a glass of water in a corner of the oven tray. Place the pan in the oven without the clear paper for 20 minutes approximately.
