Ingredients
  • 500 g flour
  • 25 g pressed or hydrophilized yeast
  • 30 g butter
  • 125 g very cold water
  • 125 g very cold milk
  • 1 tablespoon of salt
  • 1 spoonful of sugar
Instructions
  1. We put the water, milk, butter, Salt and sugar in the thermomix at 40º speed 1 during 2 minutes.
  2. Add the yeast and mix everything during 1 minute at speed 4. If the yeast is dry, We throw it at the beginning along with the liquids.
  3. Then add the flour and mix it for 3 minutes at spike speed.
  4. For it to be perfect we have to let it rest 2 hours covered with a cloth.
  5. Finally we lie it in the oven at 190º turning on only the bottom.
