Ingredients
- 400 GR. milk
- 2 envelopes of yeast
- A spark of salt
- 30 GR. sugar
- 50 GR. sunflower oil
- 1 egg
- 500 GR. flour
- 1 egg paint
- 1 tablespoon vinegar, not too crowded (makes the gluten effect)
Instructions
- Pour the milk, sugar, salt and oil in the bowl of the Thermomix and schedule 1 minute, 40º and speed 2.
- Add egg and yeast and stir a few seconds in speed 2.
- Add the flour, programe 15 seconds in speed 6.
- Then 6 minutes speed dowel.
- Remove the dough and put it in a bowl rubbed oil (for non-stick).
- When has the volume doubled (Tachiniiiinnnn), I put half of the dough into the bowl and I have amassed a minute and a half. The same with the other half of the dough.
- Make the desired size breads. Paint the surface with egg and insert in oven heated to 50 °.
- When pass 25 minutes raise the temperature to 200 degrees and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
Tips
