Ingredients
  • 400 GR. milk
  • 2 envelopes of yeast
  • A spark of salt
  • 30 GR. sugar
  • 50 GR. sunflower oil
  • 1 egg
  • 500 GR. flour
  • 1 egg paint
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar, not too crowded (makes the gluten effect)
Instructions
  1. Pour the milk, sugar, salt and oil in the bowl of the Thermomix and schedule 1 minute, 40º and speed 2.
  2. Add egg and yeast and stir a few seconds in speed 2.
  3. Add the flour, programe 15 seconds in speed 6.
  4. Then 6 minutes speed dowel.
  5. Remove the dough and put it in a bowl rubbed oil (for non-stick).
  6. When has the volume doubled (Tachiniiiinnnn), I put half of the dough into the bowl and I have amassed a minute and a half. The same with the other half of the dough.
  7. Make the desired size breads. Paint the surface with egg and insert in oven heated to 50 °.
  8. When pass 25 minutes raise the temperature to 200 degrees and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
Tips
  1. This put them in the oven so they leven, It is ok, but I prefer to leave them outside covered and let rise, Depending on the environmental temperature it takes half an hour or a little more, but it is worth because they are better preserved.
Notes
  • You can paint with egg or put a spray a mixture of water and oil.
