Ingredients
  • 400 g wheat flour (tipo 405)
  • 25 g pressed yeast
  • 3/8 l of lukewarm milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cucharada de hierbas frescas picadas eneldo, spring onion, thyme. parsley
  • 1 cucharadita de pimienta negra picada
For mold

Instructions
  1. Engrasar un molde alargado de 30 cm de longitud y espolvorearlo con harina. Sift the flour in a bowl and make a hole in the Center. Desmenuzar en el la levadura y trabajarla con la leche.

  4. Leave to ferment the dough covered others 20-25 minutes. Heat oven to 250 degrees. Cocer el pan 10 minutes in the bottom of the oven. Pintar la superficie del pan con leche templada. Reducir el calor a 180 grados y cocer otros 60 minutes.
Notes
  • Con la masa sin hierbas se prepara un pan blanco normal.
