Ingredients
  • 100 g. butter
  • 50 g. of yeast (L'Hirondelle serves)
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of salt
  • 500 g. approx.. of the three flours
  • 300 water
  • 3 tablespoons powdered milk
Instructions
  1. Put in the Thermomix Bowl water with butter and yeast, Schedule 1 minute to 50º and speed 2. Add the three flours, powdered milk, sugar and salt. Schedule 2 minutes, in speed stem, either speed 6 until this made a ball.
