Ingredients
  • 500 g flour
  • 40 g pressed yeast
  • 1/8 l of lukewarm milk
  • a pinch of sugar
  • 50 g butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 40 g pressed yeast
  • 1/8 l of lukewarm milk
  • a pinch of sugar
  • 50 g butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 Spoon salt dita
  • 1/2 teaspoon of crushed anise
  • 1 scoop heaping of anise

Instructions
  1. Sprinkle the baking flour. Sift the flour in a dish, make a hole in the Center, crumble the yeast in it and working on it with a little flour, milk and sugar.
