Ingredients
  • 500 g flour
  • 40 g pressed yeast
  • 1/8 l of lukewarm milk
  • a pinch of sugar
  • 50 g butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 40 g pressed yeast
  • 1/8 l of lukewarm milk
  • a pinch of sugar
  • 50 g butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 Spoon salt dita
  • 1/2 teaspoon of crushed anise
  • 1 scoop heaping of anise
For the oven tray

Instructions
  1. Sprinkle the baking flour. Sift the flour in a dish, make a hole in the Center, crumble the yeast in it and working on it with a little flour, milk and sugar.
  2. Leave to ferment this previous dough dusted with flour and plugged 15 minutes. Melt the butter, mix with the eggs and salt, add it to the previous mass and knead everything together with the flour to res. Work the dough until it's bubbling and pulls away from the edges of the source.
  3. Let it ferment blocked others 15 minutes. Work in the same way the rye flour with yeast, milk, sugar, butter, eggs, salt and anise. Leave to ferment the dough covered 15 minutes.

  5. Paint the loaves with water and sprinkle anise above. Cook 30-40 minutes to 220 degrees in the lower part of the oven.
