Ingredients
  1. -Monkfish
  2. -Prawns
  3. -Clams
  4. -Onion
  5. -Garlic
  6. -Oil
  7. -Fish
  8. -Paprika
  9. -Saffron
  10. -Mussels
  11. -King prawns
Instructions
  1. Cleaning shellfish, put the mussels in cold water, When open drain and strain the broth.
  2. Peel the rest of the seafood. In casserole put oil along with tomato, Onion, seafood shells, Thorn, snuff skin salt and garlic over medium heat sautéing.
  3. Add the broth from the mussels and water, leave fire for around half 35 o 40 minutes.
  4. Add to paella tomato and FRY until it is undone. Then add the clams, mussels and paprika.
  5. Pour the rice by all the paella pan with a bit of broth and let Cook. Low fire until you get 13 minutes of cooking cover the paella and set aside. Then it serves.
