Ingredients
- 800 GRS. of Turkey Ossobuco
- 1 Cup red wine
- 100 GRS. mushrooms, clean and chopped into slices
- 1/4 paprika, without seeds, cut into julienne
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 cups of chicken broth
- 1 chopped onion in pen
- 200 GRS. of tomato sauce
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- the oil in a pot should be heated, hot once first cook onion, then add mushrooms and paprika cooking until onion is transparent. Add the Ossobuco and Brown it completely.
- the wine is poured and let it cook until the alcohol has evaporated. Add the tomato sauce and the chicken broth. Cook until the Turkey cooking.
- Once cooked the Turkey season with salt and pepper and remove from the heat.
- serve immediately. It can be accompanied with rice, potatoes tossed with parsley or parsley potatoes.
