Ingredients
  • 800 GRS. of Turkey Ossobuco
  • 1 Cup red wine
  • 100 GRS. mushrooms, clean and chopped into slices
  • 1/4 paprika, without seeds, cut into julienne
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 cups of chicken broth
  • 1 chopped onion in pen
  • 200 GRS. of tomato sauce
  • Salt and pepper
Instructions
  1. the oil in a pot should be heated, hot once first cook onion, then add mushrooms and paprika cooking until onion is transparent. Add the Ossobuco and Brown it completely.
  2. the wine is poured and let it cook until the alcohol has evaporated. Add the tomato sauce and the chicken broth. Cook until the Turkey cooking.
  3. Once cooked the Turkey season with salt and pepper and remove from the heat.
  4. serve immediately. It can be accompanied with rice, potatoes tossed with parsley or parsley potatoes.
