  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon hot water
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Cheese
  1. Hand beat the egg in a glass bowl or in a food processor, or failing to liquify it in any Blender
  2. Add the hot water, salt and pepper.
  3. Put to melt the butter in a nonstick skillet over low heat
  4. Pour the mixture of ingredients in the Pan and egg
  5. Wait for it "inflate" mix
  6. Add the cheese on egg omelete and fold in half
  7. Serve when melted cheese.
  8. It may be accompanied with some slices of tomato
