Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon hot water
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Cheese
Instructions
- Hand beat the egg in a glass bowl or in a food processor, or failing to liquify it in any Blender
- Add the hot water, salt and pepper.
- Put to melt the butter in a nonstick skillet over low heat
- Pour the mixture of ingredients in the Pan and egg
- Wait for it "inflate" mix
- Add the cheese on egg omelete and fold in half
- Serve when melted cheese.
- It may be accompanied with some slices of tomato
