Ingredients
  • 1/4 l of milk
  • 200 g of fine corn grits
  • 30 g flour
  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 spoonful of sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 40 g butter
For the pudding
  • butter or margarine and bread crumbs
Instructions
  1. Spread with butter or margarine 8 cupcake for muffins and sprinkle them breadcrumbs.
  2. Heat oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
