For sweet tastes today we bring the Chocolate Mousse, one of French desserts more exquisite ideal to accompany with kiwis, strawberries and bananas. Also can accompany with crackers.

Ingredients
- 125 grams of Chocolate
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 3 egg yolks
- 4 egg whites
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 75 grams of butter
- Salt
Instructions
- Put in a pot over low heat the chocolate into pieces and milk. When the chocolate has melted it away from the fire and added butter.
- In a separate bowl yolks are well mixed with sugar. Then, added former chocolate mix, stirring it all.
- Whites are beaten to snow, adding a pinch of salt.
- Chilled chocolate mixture, whites are incorporated to snow, very gently, not breaking foam, slowly stroking them and ensuring that they acquire an equal tone.
- Put mousse in your containers (cups or glasses) and gets in the fridge. They should be at least two hours before serving cold at the table.
