Ingredients
- 225 grams of chocolate fondant
- 75 grams of icing sugar
- 4 eggs
- 4 tablespoons of cream
- 4 tablespoons of rum
Instructions
- Split the chocolate into pieces and melt it in a saucepan over low heat. Leave to cool a little.
- Separate the egg whites from yolks. The latter are mixed with sugar, stirring until obtaining a cream.
- Add chocolate, rum and cream and mix.
- Assemble the whites to snow and they are incorporated into the chocolate cream.
- We distributed the mousse in treetops and introduce them in the refrigerator a few hours. Serve.
