  • 225 grams of chocolate fondant
  • 75 grams of icing sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 tablespoons of cream
  • 4 tablespoons of rum
  1. Split the chocolate into pieces and melt it in a saucepan over low heat. Leave to cool a little.
  2. Separate the egg whites from yolks. The latter are mixed with sugar, stirring until obtaining a cream.
  3. Add chocolate, rum and cream and mix.
  4. Assemble the whites to snow and they are incorporated into the chocolate cream.
  5. We distributed the mousse in treetops and introduce them in the refrigerator a few hours. Serve.
