  • 1/2 Cup cold water
  • 1/2 tablespoon of unflavored gelatin powder
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons of coffee into soluble powder
  • 1/2 Cup condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup sweet cream whipping
  1. Put the cold water in a bowl and sprinkle the unflavored gelatin, when hydrated place in a Bain-Marie Bowl and heat until the gelatin is dissolved, Add the coffee powder and condensed milk; stir everything very well. Remove from the heat and allow it to warm.
  2. Meanwhile, whip the cream until it fit and is properly secured, Add to the bowl with the coffee and stir with a spatula to incorporate all ingredients.
  3. Empty the mousse into individual molds and refrigerate until it is firm.
