Ingredients
  • 500GR of minced lamb
  • 500GR of aubergines
  • 300g of tomatoes
  • 2 onions
  • parsley,oregano, cinnamon and salt
For the sauce
  • 4 tablespoons flour
  • 3 glasses of milk
  • 75 GR of butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 50 GR of grated cheese
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • nutmeg
Instructions
  1. Cut the aubergines into slices, season and leave them to drain a half hour. Rinse the slices, FRY in hot oil and drain them on absorbent paper.
  2. Coarsely chop onions and crushed tomatoes. Fry the onion and add the meat, how much is something made to incorporate the tomato and, Finally the salt, oregano,cinnamon, and parsley to taste.

Notes
  • The calories in this dish abuntantes may decrease considerably if the eggplants roast them on the grill rather than FRY.
