  • 100 g of raisins
  • 1 DRAM of rum liqueur (2 CL)
  • 400 g milk chocolate coating
  • 150 g almonds on toasted bars
  • 30 g of chopped candied lemon rind
For the oven tray

  1. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil or paper beard. Water the rum raisin and marinate overnight.
  2. Melt the chocolate to bath, Let cool slightly and mix with raisins and rum, almonds and candied lemon crust. Make small mounds of dough with a spoon and place them on the baking tray. Let dry a bit.
