  • 6 thin Steak of beef for breaded goose.
  • 2 tablespoons grated onion
  • 3 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1/2 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon oil and 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 Cup of dry bread, ground
  • 1/2 cup oil.
  1. Steaks are pickled and are left aside.
  2. In a dish slightly beat eggs with the 1/2 teaspoon of salt and in another Bowl gets the bread crumbs. Steaks are first passed by the egg and then the bread crumbs to coat them. Left aside.
  3. In a frying pan add oil to heat and you are adding steaks to frying until golden brown on both sides, a few 3 minutes per side. When frying is complete they passed to a paper towel to remove excess fat.
