Ingredients
- 600 g of grapefruit pulp
- 200 g sugar
- 200 g honey
- A grapefruit zest
Instructions
- Peel the grapefruit
- Grate peel a grapefruit.
- Pour, in a pot, sugar grapefruit pulp.
- Macerate during, at least, two hours.
- Add the grapefruit zest and honey
- Put the pot over heat during 10 minutes
- Get off the fire and let Cook 20 more minutes, stirring frequently
- Cool in the fridge
