Ingredients
  • 2 peaches
  • 150 GR. Raspberry
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 tablespoons of cherry liqueur
  • 1/2 litre vanilla ice cream
  • 1/4 l. mounted cream
  • 8 Waffles
  • chopped toasted almond
Instructions
  1. Peel the peaches. Cut into irregular pieces. Place on a plate and place in the fridge until cool.
  2. Place in a bowl, raspberries, sugar and cherry liqueur. Mix well and let macerate a little. Pass the raspberries (crushing them) by a strainer so you don't have any nuggets.
  3. Serve the ice cream in 4 individual containers. Around each distributes pieces of peach. Garnist with whipped cream and sprinkle with chopped almonds.
  4. Salde each bowl with the raspberry sauce. Place in each a couple of wafers and garnish with a few mint leaves.
Notes
  • If you want to make this dessert and it's not peach season, don't hesitate to use good quality canned peaches. Dessert will be a little sweeter, but just as tasty.
