Ingredients
  • 1 Kg of mussels
  • 1 spring onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 4 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1/2 glass of broth or water
  • 1/2 glass of wine white
  • 1 TSP. cornstarch
  • Salt
  • white pepper
Instructions
  1. Clean the mussels to remove impurities and the shells with the help of a nail.
  2. Add the white wine in a saucepan, water (or broth) and mussels. We will take it to the fire. We will cover with a lid and wait about minutillos to be opened completely.
  3. Once take the mussels from their shells, pass the resulting liquid through a strainer.
  4. In a deep frying pan sauté the garlic and the onion, and we will add the cornstarch diluted in a little water. Well combine the ingredients with a wooden spoon and slowly add the broth to cook mussels, until it is the desired texture.
  5. Then, We will add the mussels, leaving to take temperature, and we salpimentaremos.
  6. Finally, Add the chopped parsley to give the sauce the characteristic green color.
