Ingredients
- 1 Kg of mussels
- 1 spring onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 4 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1/2 glass of broth or water
- 1/2 glass of wine white
- 1 TSP. cornstarch
- Salt
- white pepper
Instructions
- Clean the mussels to remove impurities and the shells with the help of a nail.
- Add the white wine in a saucepan, water (or broth) and mussels. We will take it to the fire. We will cover with a lid and wait about minutillos to be opened completely.
- Once take the mussels from their shells, pass the resulting liquid through a strainer.
- In a deep frying pan sauté the garlic and the onion, and we will add the cornstarch diluted in a little water. Well combine the ingredients with a wooden spoon and slowly add the broth to cook mussels, until it is the desired texture.
- Then, We will add the mussels, leaving to take temperature, and we salpimentaremos.
- Finally, Add the chopped parsley to give the sauce the characteristic green color.
