Ingredients
- 1 Kg. mussels
- ½ Onion
- 6 shallots
- 1 tomato
- 1 pepper green
- 2 cloves of garlic
- a piece of spicy chilli
- water
- ½ l. milk
- 3 tablespoons flour
- extra virgin olive oil
- Salt
- parsley
Instructions
- Clean the mussels with a knife (scraping shells and removing beards), open them in a pan with boiling water and a pinch of salt. Removed one of the shells and reserve within another shell Mussels.
- Finely chop the onion, shallots, the pepper and the garlic cloves and put them to cook in a pan with a little oil. Peel the tomato, Finely chop and add it. Finally bites the piece of chilli and add it.

Notes
