Ingredients
  • 500 g potatoes
  • 200 g of canned salmon, Drained
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 4 chopped chives
  • flour
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 Cup of bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup oil
Instructions
  1. Dispose of all the necessary ingredients and utensils on the kitchen table.
  2. Peel and chop the potatoes. In a medium saucepan, cook in boiling water until tender and drain. Transfer to the large bowl and apply with a fork until a fine puree
  3. Incorporate salmon, mayonnaise and spring onions. Stir everything with a wooden spoon until well mixed.
  4. Divide the mixture into eight portions and give them the shape of a medallion with your hands.
  5. Batter lightly in flour. Whisk the egg in the small bowl and paint each medallion with the help of a brush. Cover them with breadcrumbs.
  6. Heat oil in a frying pan and insert the medallions into a single layer. Fry over medium heat for 3 minutes or until they start to brown. Use a foamer to turn them around and prolong cooking other 3 minutes, until they were given. Let them drain on absorbent paper. Garnish this dish with lemon slices.
