Ingredients
- 8 medallions of tenderloin
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 medium onion, grated
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1/2 minced onion
- 1/4 Cup beef or chicken broth
- 1/4 Cup of white wine
- 2 beef bone marrow.
Instructions
