Ingredients
  • 1/2 Cup of milk tea
  • 1/2 Cup of tea of softened butter
  • 1/2 Teacup of sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 Cup of warm tea
  • 25 GR. of yeast
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 3 to 4 all-purpose flour tea cups
  • 3 tablespoons of candied fruits
  • 2 tablespoons seedless raisins
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon zest
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon zest
Instructions
  1. Beat the butter with the sugar and salt. Boil the milk and let cool, pour warm water over the crumbled yeast that must be in a large bowl. Stir well until it dissolves. Add the warm milk and creamy butter. Add the beaten eggs and half of flour. Beat until it is homogeneous. Add the candied fruit, the raisins and lemon zest, Add the remaining flour and knead until dough is homogeneous smooth.
  2. Stretch the dough on a surface until it is elastic. Place in an oiled container. Cover with a kitchen towel and a nylon, Let it rise 1 time (that mild double), in a place without cold air currents.
  3. Move dough to a bread pan, greased with butter and allow to regrow. Beat the egg yolk with the water, brush the marzipan fruity and bring in moderate oven, preheated, around 45 minutes.
