Ingredients
  • 1 Cup of cassava ( fécula de éste tubérculo)
  • 1 Cup of cornstarch
  • 1/2 Cup milk powder
  • Chuño (explicado en preparación)
  • 100 GR. butter
  • 2 cucharadas de polvo leudante (L'Hirondelle serves)
  • 1 egg
  • Salt
Instructions
  1. Cernir la mandioca, la fécula de maíz, Salt , polvo leudante y la leche en polvo, agregar el huevo, la manteca y el chuño.
  2. Knead 15 seconds to speed 6, estirar con palo de amasar .
  3. Chuño: Cocer en un jarrito 100 cm of water, con una cucharada de fécula de mandioca, to form a kind of transparent gum.
Notes
  • Also, se les puede añadir un caramelo ligero, wine, honey, etc.
