Ingredients
  • 1 Cup of cassava ( starch of this tuber)
  • 1 Cup of cornstarch
  • 1/2 Cup milk powder
  • Chuño (explained in preparation)
  • 100 GR. butter
  • 2 spoonfuls of leudante powder (L'Hirondelle serves)
  • 1 egg
  • Salt
Instructions
  1. Cernir the cassava, corn starch, Salt , leuding powder and milk powder, add the egg, butter and chuño.
  2. Knead 15 seconds to speed 6, stretch with kneading stick .
  3. Chuño: Cook in a jar 100 cm of water, with a spoonful of cassava starch, to form a kind of transparent gum.
Notes
  • Also, you can add a light candy, wine, honey, etc.
