Ingredients
  1. 500 grams of flour 000
  2. 50 CC of oil
  3. 10 grams of salt
  4. Of 10 to 20 grams of Brewer's yeast
  5. Warm water in quantities required
Instructions
  1. Make a Crown, in the centre position oil, Salt, dissolved yeast and water to form a soft dough. Let rest until doubled in volume.
  2. Degassing, bollar and after a few minutes, roll out the dough in a circular motion, dunnage in suitable moulds. Stop tap, place a bit of sauce and bake.
  3. Also we can make pizzas or Calzoni with them ingredients more varied for example: with peppers or aubergines roasted, Blue cheeses, shies and ham raw, anchovies.
Notes
  1. Classic pizza
  2. Mozzarella pizza: Tomato sauce, cheese mozzarella and olives. Optional herbs.
  3. Pizza Napolitana: sauce of tomato, garlic, cheese mozzarella, slices of fresh tomatoes and Basil.
  4. Pizza Fugazeta: sauce of tomato, denatured onion, sardo cheese and pepper.
  5. Pizza Pisaladiere: (one of the most popular pizza in France) candied onion sliced, anchovies and olives black.
