Ingredients
  • 1 kg. flour 000
  • 40 GR. fresh yeast
  • 30 GR. Salt fine
  • 400 CC. warm water
  • 150 CC. olive oil
Instructions
  1. Make a Crown with flour, Sprinkle outside with salt, in the Center dump the yeast with warm water and olive oil.
  2. Join the dough and work strongly by 15 minutes, Let rise in a warm place twice. Return to knead and divide the dough into three parts, place pudding moulds, well-greased with butter.
  3. Cooking with moderate oven, with a small saucepan with water on the bottom of the oven to incorporate moisture, until the surface is browned.
  4. When cool, they can be wrapped with plastic wrap, freeze and reuse, defrosting and warming in the oven.
