Ingredients
- 1 kg. flour 000
- 40 GR. fresh yeast
- 30 GR. Salt fine
- 400 CC. warm water
- 150 CC. olive oil
Instructions
- Make a Crown with flour, Sprinkle outside with salt, in the Center dump the yeast with warm water and olive oil.
- Join the dough and work strongly by 15 minutes, Let rise in a warm place twice. Return to knead and divide the dough into three parts, place pudding moulds, well-greased with butter.
- Cooking with moderate oven, with a small saucepan with water on the bottom of the oven to incorporate moisture, until the surface is browned.
- When cool, they can be wrapped with plastic wrap, freeze and reuse, defrosting and warming in the oven.
